CNC Machining for Racing and Automotive Parts
In racing and performance builds, precision and weight control are critical.
Our machine shop’s workflows focus on repeatable precision, stable lead times, and reliable performance. - from custom prototypes to batch production.
Where CNC Makes the Difference
-
Suspension — Arms, links, spacers, shock mounts and the parts held to tight tolerances for predictable handling.
-
Drivetrain/Transmission — Gears, shafts, clutch parts machined for efficiency and durability under load.
-
Braking — Calipers, rotors, brackets with dimensional accuracy and thermal stability.
Capabilities First: Aluminum & Steel machining
Different shops are built for different materials, tolerances, geometries, and lot sizes.
The right partner is the one whose core strengths match your parts.
-
For Aluminum machining, examples include spring adapters, rod-end spacers, and spring retainers typically machined from aluminum.
We have stable aluminum sources to ensure high-quality material, and extensive experience machining aluminum parts.
Quality and cost depend on alloy selection, clean/certified stock, and consistent anodizing and color control- especially for 7075 which is popular materials for racing parts.
Because 7075 is sensitive during anodizing, color shift or darkening can occur. Choosing a shop with a stable and repeatable process is essential to keep results consistent.
-
For Steel machining, examples include ball-joint components, hex nuts, and shock eyelets — all requiring reliable strength and durability. Quality depends not only on precise machining but also on end-to-end control of the entire process.
A capable vendor should manage material selection, heat treatment, case hardening, and surface finishing and more. Plating with hydrogen de-embrittlement is especially important to prevent premature failure in high-stress applications.
We work with all kinds of high-grade steels (e.g., 304, 316, carbon steels, chromoly steel and other alloy steels) and apply the high grade
Heat treatment, Nitriding, Micro-arc oxidation and various surface treatments to meet both performance and cost targets for racing parts.
Our experience ensures that after heat treatment and finishing, parts retain dimensional accuracy while achieving the required performance, reducing the risk of distortion or performance-related failures.
Quality Systems
Parts must meet the print and hold specified tolerances.
Beyond inspection, we build quality into the process itself. Our ISO 9001 certification signals discipline in documentation, traceability, and corrective actions. Incoming material is verified before machining, and every critical feature is checked with calibrated gauges.
First-article inspections and in-process checks reduce the chance of surprises at final inspection.
By combining process control with clear communication with our customers, we ensure that what leaves our shop matches the drawings you approved.
Global customers rely on our systems for consistent quality across multiple shipments, giving them confidence that every order.

CNC Equipment
We run a mix of 5-axis CNC machining centers and CNC mill-turn machines. This reduces re-clamps and tolerance stack-up, giving better repeatability on complex parts and multi-surface features. For prototypes, this means faster turnarounds with fewer set-ups; for production, it means consistent accuracy across batches.
Our equipment covers a wide range of envelope sizes, from small precision components to larger structural parts. With mill-turn capability, we can complete turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in a single set-up, which shortens lead time and improves consistency.

Production in China and Taiwan
-
We operate both in China and Taiwan, giving customers flexibility depending on tariff, lead time, and end market requirements.
Unlike trading desks that simply pass drawings around, our engineering led team provides clear manufacturability feedback during NPI and sample making. This means marked-up drawings, DFM suggestions, and proactive communication before issues become delays.
-
For logistics, we can ship duty-paid (DDP) to simplify your import process, or use flexible options such as consolidated sea freight, express air, or hybrid solutions. This lowers landed cost while keeping delivery times predictable. Customers benefit from the ability to adjust production location and shipping mode to fit project priorities, whether cost, lead time, or tariff avoidance.
Representative Work
We maintain long-term partnerships with automotive and racing-parts manufacturers, providing CNC machining and coordinating finishing or assembly when needed.
-
Suspension components
Typical deliveries include spring retainers and spacers, rod-end spacers, ball-joint components, bump-stop kit parts, shock eyelets, and shock base washers—and more.
-
Automotive tool sets
We also produce service and installation tools such as engine timing-belt guides, valve-cover spark-plug seal kits, half-moon seals, torque plates, ball-joint removal tools, and seal installers—and more.
-
Custom Racing Parts.
We support low-to-medium volume production of racing components such as control arms parts, tie-rod ends, suspension links, steering adapters, and other motorsport-specific hardware. Built to print and optimized for performance.
