CNC Milling &
5-Axis Machining
With hands-on experience across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling, we machine a wide range of multi-sided and precision production parts in metals and engineering plastics. We choose practical machining methods to reduce unnecessary setups, maintain critical dimensions, and keep lead time and production cost under control.

CNC Milling Capabilities
Precision CNC Milling

We have extensive experience in CNC milling a wide range of production parts, from straightforward components to parts requiring multiple machined faces and features.
Our 3-axis and 4-axis machining capabilities allow us to support new part development as well as ongoing repeat production across aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, titanium, and engineering plastics.
For each project, we focus on choosing a practical machining approach that delivers reliable quality while keeping production efficiency, lead time, and cost under control.
-
Tolerance as tight as ±0.01 mm
-
3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling
-
Multi-sided machining for parts with features on different faces
-
Precision holes, pockets, slots, threads, and other milled features
-
Machining of critical mating and locating surfaces
-
Stable fixtures and machining processes for repeat production
5-Axis Machining

5-axis machining gives us more ways to reach the part, making it easier to machine angled surfaces, deep cavities, contoured shapes, and features on different sides of the part.
It is especially useful for parts with complex geometry or areas that are difficult to reach with conventional milling.
Because the cutting tool can approach the part from better angles, we can often use shorter tools and maintain more stable cutting conditions, helping improve machining accuracy and surface finish.
