Heat Treatment for CNC Machined Parts
We have years of machining experience and a reliable network of heat-treatment partners, so we can handle the whole process from machining and heat treatment to final inspection and delivery.
Based on the material and how the part will be used, we can also help coordinate the right hardening process to meet your requirements for hardness, wear resistance, strength, and service life.

Heat Treatment Options

Vacuum Heat Treatment
Vacuum heat treatment is suitable for parts that require controlled hardening with a clean surface and reduced oxidation. It is commonly used for alloy steels and tool steels where hardness, strength, and dimensional control are important.
Nitriding
Nitriding increases surface hardness and wear resistance while keeping dimensional change relatively low. It is a good option for steel parts that need a hard, durable surface without through-hardening the entire component.
QPQ (Salt Bath Nitrocarburizing)
QPQ provides a hard, wear-resistant surface with good corrosion resistance and a dark finished appearance. It is commonly used for steel components that require both surface durability and corrosion protection.

Induction Hardening
Induction hardening is used when only specific areas of a steel part need higher surface hardness. It is especially useful for shafts, bearing surfaces, contact areas, and other features exposed to repeated wear.

Laser Hardening
Laser hardening allows selected areas of a part to be hardened with precise heat control and limited heat input to the surrounding material. It is useful when localized wear resistance is required while minimizing distortion.
Other heat-treatment processes can also be arranged based on material, hardness requirements, and the final application of the part.
